Cleric, Jerry Eze, leads New Year prayer to unveil Cubana Millennium City, Asaba

A Cleric and Lead Pastor of Streams of Joy International, Jerry Eze, recently led a special New Year prayer session to formally unveil Cubana Millennium City, a landmark hilltop real estate development in Asaba, Delta State.

The prayer session marked the official spiritual dedication and opening of the project for the 2026 business year.

The event, held at the project site, brought together key stakeholders, partners, and well-wishers as prayers were offered for divine guidance, prosperity, safety, and long-term success of the ambitious development. Pastor Jerry Eze, globally known for his vibrant worship, prophetic teachings, and the widely followed New Season Prophetic Prayers and Declarations (NSPPD), described the project as a bold vision aligned with purposeful impact and generational legacy.

Cubana Millennium City is a flagship real estate project promoted by leading entrepreneur, philanthropist, and Chairman of Cubana Group, Obinna Iyiegbu (Obi Cubana). In his prayer and exhortation, Jerry Eze declared 2026 a year of divine acceleration for the project, praying for peace, excellence, safety, and continuous favour over all who will live, work, and invest within the city.

“This land is blessed, and the doors of increase are already open. Cubana Millennium City will be a place of growth, testimony, and generational impact,” he affirmed.
