
Sunbeth goes big with N100bn Commercial Papers move
Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited is currently looking for up to N100 billion through the issuance of Series 1, 2 & 3 Commercial Papers (CPs).
Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited is a leading agro-commodities sourcing and trading platform operating across key international markets.
These CPs issuance is under its N200 billion Commercial Paper Programme. The offer which is now open is scheduled to close on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
Since inception, Sunbeth has exported over 200,000 metric tonnes of cocoa beans and 60,000 metric tonnes of cashew nuts, and in 2025 recorded revenues exceeding N600 billion.
Established in 2017, Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited evolved from Sunny Owo Ventures, a cocoa sourcing business with over two decades of industry experience.
The Company maintains a robust network of global strategic partners, including Cargill, Mars, Incorporated, JB Cocoa, Touton, Macquarie Group, and StoneX Group Inc., ensuring diversified product offtake and access to multiple destination markets.
Sunbeth ranks among the top two cocoa value-chain operators in Nigeria, working directly with over 30,000 farmers and more than 250 local buying agents and regional merchants. The Company is also a top-five non-oil exporter, contributing significantly to Nigeria’s foreign exchange earnings.
