PromoPrint Ventures has announced plans to deepen its investment in artificial intelligence and automation as part of a long-term strategy to modernise its operations and strengthen its position in Nigeria’s printing industry.
During a recent tour of the company’s Lagos facility, Managing Director, Mrs. Patricia Ojora said PromoPrint Ventures has begun integrating AI-powered tools across its workflow to reduce turnaround time, enhance accuracy, and improve customer experience.
According to her, the company’s decision to adopt automation is driven by increasing demand for faster, technology-supported print solutions, as well as the need to keep pace with global trends shaping the printing and creative services market.
Ojora said some of the firm’s ongoing upgrades include automated job scheduling, digital workflow management, and AI-assisted quality control systems designed to minimise human error and accelerate production. She added that these tools are already helping the company streamline operations, especially during peak periods.
She explained that the printing business can no longer rely solely on traditional methods, noting that firms that fail to invest in innovation risk falling behind.
“The future of printing lies in intelligent systems that allow businesses to produce more with less time, less waste, and greater precision,” she said.
The managing director stated that PromoPrint Ventures is also exploring additional digital capabilities to support its clients, particularly corporate organisations that require large-volume production and consistent output.
Ojora added that the company will continue to prioritise technology adoption as a central part of its growth strategy, saying the goal is to build a modern print operation capable of meeting evolving customer expectations.
