The General Overseer of Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries, Dr Daniel Olukoya, has described the recent Mega Healing, Miracle, and Deliverance Crusade at Ox-Bowl Open Field, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, as a life-changing experience for thousands of Christian faithful and visitors from across the region.
Organised by MFM Bayelsa Mega Axis under the theme, “Connecting to the God Who Doeth Hard Things,” the two-day event was marked by testimonies of divine intervention, healing, and deliverance.
Mega Regional Overseer of Bayelsa State, Pastor Emmanuel Akinola, said the crusade aimed to win souls for Christ, liberate lives from spiritual oppression, and assure participants of victory amidst life’s challenges.
“The event opens spiritual eyes, helps people discover their purpose, and equips them to be agents of societal transformation,” he said.
The crusade also celebrated MFM’s expansion in the South-South region.
Dr Olukoya, at the crusade, dedicated the ultra-modern MFM South-South 4 Mega Regional Headquarters Auditorium in Okaka and participated in the 25th anniversary celebrations of MFM in Bayelsa State.
He also dedicated South-South Region 64 in Nembe-Bassambiri and South-South Region 26 in Igbogene.
At each location, Dr Olukoya was warmly welcomed by jubilant congregants, who presented him with bouquets in appreciation of his ministry.
Drawing from Genesis 18:14, “Is anything too hard for the Lord?” Dr Olukoya emphasised God’s limitless power to overcome challenges.
Quoting Jeremiah 32:27 and Matthew 13:26, he encouraged believers to trust in God’s ability to deliver and transform lives.
“The word ‘impossibility’ is not in God’s dictionary,” he declared.
He recounted biblical examples, including the woman who bore triplets despite being barren, Elisha’s double portion of Elijah’s spirit, and Bartimaeus’ cry for healing, demonstrating that faith activates God’s power.
The crusade also featured humanitarian support.
The 2025 crusade chairman, Rear Admiral John Jonah (retd.), along with the Mega Regional Women Coordinator, Alice Allen, and Chief Dr Dennis Otiotio, lauded Dr Olukoya’s ministry for positively transforming lives, healing the sick, and delivering the oppressed worldwide.
