As Nigerian banks aim to compete with global counterparts, cultivating a culture rooted in excellence, integrity, and continuous improvement becomes fundamental. For example, mobile banking and agent banking in Nigeria have gained popularity due to their customer-first approach. By embedding innovation into the organisational culture, Nigerian banks can differentiate themselves globally, attract top talent, and develop sustainable competitive advantages. This shift not only improves performance but also positions the banks as forward-thinking institutions capable of adapting to technological changes and market dynamics.
