
FCT transporters undergo eye screenings
The Transporters For Tinubu 2027 Support Group on Thursday conducted eye screenings and drug sensitisation for transport operators in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT). The national coordinator said the programme would be organised concurrently in the various states for the next few months across the country. Obayomi urged the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), Vehicle Inspection Officers (VIO) and the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) to continue discharging their mandate to ensure safety on the road. Speaking, Alhaji Musa Saidu, Chairman FCT, Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) and Alhaji Umar Abubakar, Vice Chairman FCT Nigerian Association of Road Transport Owners (NARTO), thanked the group for organising the programme.
