LAGOS, NIGERIA — Leks Sports NG, a premier sports talent development firm, is partnering with Landmark Africa Group, Nigeria’s leading real estate and hospitality conglomerate, for the development of Escola Park in a 25-year strategic partnership. The project, a multi-use sports, lifestyle and education city, carries an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of $50 million.
The project is situated on a prime 22 acre (over 90,000 sqm) site in Ogun State, strategically located along the Lagos-Ibadan growth corridor. Escola Park is designed as a sustainable, purpose-built ecosystem, integrating professional-grade sporting and residential facilities, and educational infrastructure.
Under the long-term partnership framework, Landmark Africa Group will provide development and operational synergy to Leks Sports NG, leveraging its $150m+ portfolio expertise to institutionalize the asset over the 25-year duration.
