Victoria Ndu unveils ‘Voices Live’ to spearhead a new era of African leadership
Voices with Victoria, the fast-rising growth and clarity platform for young Africans, is set to open the new year with a live experience titled Voices Live 2026: This Is Where It Shifts.
The event will take place on January 10, 2026, in Lagos, gathering young professionals, creatives, founders, and emerging leaders who are ready to navigate new seasons of life with intention.
Voices Live 2026 is an extension of the widely followed Voices with Victoria podcast — a show known for its honest conversations and thought-provoking guests.
Over two seasons, the podcast has featured leaders such as Aproko Doctor, Lady Gusi Ker, Elisha Mamman, and Nrindioma, inspiring thousands across Nigeria and beyond.
With Season 3 on the horizon, the platform is bringing its message directly into the room with a full-scale physical experience.
“Season 3 explores life’s turning points, the moments when everything shifts,” says host and creator, Victoria Ndu. “Voices Live is the place where people can confront those moments with clarity, courage, and community.”
This year’s edition features an impressive list of speakers whose work continues to shape conversations around purpose, growth, resilience, and leadership: Francis Sani – Programme Director, 3MTT Nigeria & Technical Adviser, Innovation and Entrepreneurship to the Minister of Communications, Innovation & Digital Economy, Nnanke Essien –Culture architect and co founder SiSa Akin Akinpelu, – PROFESSOR OF PRACTICE AND FOUNDER OF AALD Dr Glory Edozien – Executive Visibility & Thought Leadership Coach, Founder, 9to5Chick and Ascent Club Bankole Williams – Founder & Principal consultant at LYD Consulting; and Founder, Live Your Dreams Africa (LYDA). Each speaker will lead an intimate, high-impact Voices X Conversation, a signature fireside-style session designed to spark breakthroughs and give attendees practical shifts for 2026.
There will also be curated breakout circles designed to help participants connect with people in the same life season—whether they are searching, starting, scaling, or stewarding—and receive guided clarity for their next step.
The Shift Tribe mentors for the breakout sessions are Orifunke Lawal (Searching Tribe), Fii Stephen (Starting Tribe), Mirabelle Morah (Scaling Tribe), and Vera Alex (Stewarding Tribe).
Voices Live 2026 is engineered as a transformational gathering for people in four distinct life seasons:
Every part of the experience reinforces the theme This Is Where It Shifts through: Insightful conversations, guided tribe sessions, personal reflection, art, worship, and storytelling, networking moments.
The event blends inspiration with practicality, ensuring that every participant leaves with direction, courage, and next steps for their journey.
